Harem pants are my favorite type of pants because they aren’t tight, and they are amazingly comfortable. They are also extremely versatile and give off an effortless vibe. I prefer Harem pants with a fitted ankle because it looks really flattering. If you a pair of harem pants and aren’t sure how to style them, check out three different ways you can style them.
1) Daytime Chic
Beyonce rocked a brightly patterned pair of harem pants, choosing a simple black blouse to finish off the look. The black biouse is the perfect addition to this outfit, because it allows the pants to really be the star of the show. I love the pop of color with her neon yellow heels to finish off the look. The key to brightly patterned harem pants is making sure to tuck in a neutral colored top.
2) Fancy OOTN
This is probably one of my favorite looks ever! Jessica Alba looks phenomenal in an all black outfit. The harem pants, paired with the cropped black sweater and belt look amazing together, but adding in the red lip really takes the look to another level. Make sure to use a belt with your high waisted harem pants, because it really pulls the look together. Her accessories are really simple, letting her outfit and gorgeous red lips do all the talking. Make sure to have your hair down and the red lipstick ready to go with this all black look!
3) Casual Boho
If you want to give off a low key casual vibe, take a look at Selena Gomez’ take on harem pants. She chose an animal print pair and wore a loose slightly see through top and boots. I love how it still looks sexy with the bra showing through, but if you don’t feel comfortable showing that much skin, just wear a simple black loose top. Make sure to choose combat boots or flat boots and have them over the pants. Add a beanie and long necklace, and voila-boho casual. This take on the harem pants is so cool and trendy but still not trying hard. It’s a great go to look for shopping, to school, or to a party. The key to the look is choosing the right patterned bottoms–the animal print gives off a fancy vibe but she chose to dress it down with the boots and hat. Perfect ootd!
